Kelsey Edwards - Who Am I

I am an English woman who moved to live full time on another Saronic Island, Hydra, in 2000. And in all that time, I've rarely escaped. So it's high time I venture further afield, hence my investigating Aegina.

I am passionate about architecture, how communities work, the environment and animal welfare. I'm a naturally interested person, (no that doesn't mean I'm nosy). I genuinely enjoy people, new places and new ideas. I am optimistic and always try to look for the good. And most of all, I love to share my new discoveries with my friends, family and followers all over the world.

In a previous life, I was a commercial trainer and project management consultant. I grew up with computers and digital communication. These days, building websites with a blog is a form of creative outlet for me and a welcome change from my real job as an Estate Agent. Best of all, it's a great way to communicate my love of Greece and now, especially my new favourite island, Aegina.

My daughter, son-in-law and gorgeous grandson live on Hydra too, so I will always have that family connection holding me on that island. But I confess as I get older and my joints complain at having to walk everywhere, because wheeled vehicles are banned on Hydra, I am starting to crave cars or even a quad bike to get around!
